THE RENOVATIONS EXPLAINED

La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club will be performing a major renovation of all rooms (A, B, C, D & F units) and main lobby over the next three years to bring the resort back to its prominence as one of the foremost vacation ownership properties in the Caribbean.

The Board of Directors have worked tirelessly to research the needs for the long-term future of the resort and have negotiated with architects and designers to create a virtually new guest room with a modern look and feel.

We will be using this online website, the e-mail newsletter ‘Happenings’, and our regular printed newsletters ‘Highlights” to keep you informed.

SCHEDULING PLANS

At no time during the next three years will we have to close the resort. Rather, through creative construction and scheduling, we will be able to close section by section This schedule of sections allows you the ability to either reschedule your visit to Aruba or make alternative arrangements for your vacation here during the renovation period.

WHY NOW?

Major renovations are long overdue, largely because of the disruption in plans that were caused by the separation of the Beach & Racquet Club and the Villas. The longer we wait, the more expensive it will be to maintain the units and the higher the construction cost becomes.

The planned renovations will actually impact maintenance costs and operations in a beneficial manner by keeping costs contained at today’s levels.

LONG-TERM BENEFIT

The renovations will also benefit individual owners and increase resale values of the entire Beach & Racquet Club and every unit within the property.
