Aruba is a magical island that inspires and rekindles love and La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club presents a host of romantic possibilities. Sip champagne and enjoy a gourmet candlelit dinner under the stars; snuggle up with your significant other in a comfortable fully appointed suite; enjoy some exhilarating casino action; take a leisurely stroll along one of the world's most beautiful beaches.

La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club is a perfect venue for a celebration of love. Just steps away from the resort, the sun kissed alabaster sands and glittering turquoise waters of Eagle Beach provide the perfect backdrop for a marriage ceremony, religious blessing or renewal of vows. The stained-glass windowed chapel nestled in the heart of the resort affords a tranquil private venue for your special service.

Whether you select the quaint chapel, sandy beach just steps away, a natural setting off the beaten path or a jaw dropping panorama, our wedding planner will arrange every detail of the ceremony and reception for your special day - from officiator, flowers, gifts and wedding certificates, to limousine service, photography and video and rehearsal dinners.

La Cabana's staff can create your own special honeymoon package with deluxe oceanfront accommodations, limousine transfers, spa services, fresh-cut flowers, snorkel or sunset cruises, intimate dinners, and much more. The newly refreshed rooms are perfect for everyone in your wedding party.

Couples can now legally marry on Aruba. Civil ceremonies take place at the civil registry office in downtown Oranjestad. A couple must provide a certified Certificate of No Impediment (often referred to as a Single Status Report) from their country of citizenship, proof that they are both single and eligible to marry. Documents should be sent to Bureau Burgerlijke Stand en Bevolkingsregister, Schoolstraat #2, Oranjestad, Aruba, Dutch Caribbean, fax (297) 583-9160.

For a Christian blessing, a local Protestant or non-denominational pastor can officiate at a church or any other preferred location; a copy of the marriage certificate from the home country is required. For Catholics, the ceremony must take place in the church and all documentation must be submitted four months prior to the chosen date. Pre-marital classes and written permission from the home parish are also required. For a Jewish wedding, both partners need to submit a verification of Judaism and a formal petition must be submitted to the Aruba Jewish Community.
