How about throwing the up to date owners a bone and giving us some extra time

Since there are so many rooms and weeks that are in foreclosure why not give the owners who are always up to date with their payments and continue to pay all these assessments

How about extra days added on if you room is not being used

so that means some owners will get extra days and some won't is that fair or if you rent it out everybody saves

If they rent the room out that is great do not see how that helps out owners but if it sits empty when you are there why not offer it
