Hi everone! We have a one bedroom, week #16 April 20-27, 2012, Unit #137A - Friday to Friday. All fees have been paid so it's ready to go for this year. Asking less than what we paid a year ago. We were unable to use the unit in 2011 or this year but we were able to rent it out, no problem last year. Great investment for the price.
