Why do people post for sale here?

    Week Number: 18
    Room number: 333ab
When we are all on the same boat. I just got another "assessment" bill for $500.00, after completing the renovation fee of a few thousand dollars.

Has anyone actually sold their unit here? This is not seen by non-owners, is it?

This is the truth. People ask for asking price just to get an idea what their own unit may be worth...

    I am not an owner

    Hi!

Just want to let you know that this site can be seen by non-owners! I don't own a site and am thinking of buying so I check here every once in a while.

That is great then! Thank you for taking the time to reply to let us know! it is really great that a search for a timeshare would actually lead one to this site...

How much are the fees here? Maintenance, repairs, etc? Do they ever go up?

Redweek has listings at LBRC. You can follow from there.

Postings at redweek do not lead to this for sale board... Why can't sellers just be allowed to post their asking price?
