    Now I am being sensored

I tried posting about the Maint Fees ! when i attempted to post and after submitting post it said the moderator must approve my post. wow

Now we really know who is in the drivers seats, especially when it starts to get warm

Happyone, I really don't think that's the case. Not so long ago I posted a positive note and received the same message. I believe that the system scans for sensitive words that contain numeric data to enforce the "no price policy".

This process of moderating all postings was put in place to try to prevent the many x rated postings that were beinging posted recently along with owners posting on wrong boards and also posting prices.

Happyone , your postings have never been deleted. You are allowed to complain whenever you wish. I only wish you had all the true facts instead of just assuming what you like to believe.

Willie my point is, that owners get invovled in the process. The elected board appears to not be working for the memebers that elected them.

The Board works for what we feels is the best for the resort and the majority of owners. Like I said previously, we cannot satisfy everyone.

Willie seems to me like MANY MANY owners feel that these SA's and fee increases and paying for the roof again are not in the best interest.

Would you rather have the roof continue to leak and damage all the newly completed renovations or would you do the repairs before the roof deteriates further. Common sense says you make the repairs and save the renovations from any more damages. In the mean time you take the time to go after the companies that must cover the warantee and see how much we can recoop from those companies.

The majority of owners that I speak to on a daily basis are backing the Board and their decisions on the renovations and upgrading of the resort.

Thanks for the feedback Willie, I would Rather get the money owed to us, that is what I would rather, that is PERFECT common sense to me... Or i voted for the bank loan, to bad otehrs just di not vote at all..
When is the next SA and how much is the next fee increase?? Bluegreen is in heaven..
Last question, where were all these owners over the last 20 years when NOTHING was done?? the resport seemed to run well then AND it was actually more crowded. HUMMMM ?????????????????????????

MFLYNN--you are an owner for only 5 years or less and you seem to be an expert on what the resort was like or how it was run before you purchased your unit. Please do some investigation of the years before you purchased and you will then know the TRUE story. Since you feel that things are not being run how you would like them to be run, you should throw your hat into the ring and run for the BOD and then you can have all of the facts and have your say. You seem to be an intelligent person, but get all of the facts and information BEFORE you you put your fingers to the key board.
