Hey Willie and Fran, Hope all is well and life is treating you well! We are trying to rent our rooms as I have to work that time frame this year. Our other option is to bank them but I already have a couple banked. We shall see.

Lots of good things being said about the Resort so Willie and the Board must be on top of things as usual.

I sent note to Sharine yesterday because didn't really know who else to contact, Orig post was not anything that a moderator would need to remove. How can I find out what is happening? You seem to be the only guy who knows what is going on at the resort.

Willie: LaCabana seems to be asking for a lot of special assessment money and I would like to have historical information on what was levied so far. We owners are a captive audiance, similar to a NY taxpayer. We have to poney-up or move out. With offers of $100-$150/night accomodations in Aruba showing on the WWW at nice resorts like the Divi and Marriot (WITHOUT upfront membership), it is hard to take the constant escalation in fees. Don't forget, some who weren't lucky to get in on the ground floor, pre-construction have paid dearly up front, too.
