Are there hair dryers, irons & ironing boards in the rooms?

There certainly are.

Can I smoke in the unit?

No, all units are Non-Smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the patio or balcony. Please comply with the Non-Smoking Policy to avoid being charged a penalty.

Can I use a laptop computer onsite?

Yes you can. WIFI cards are sold at the Front Desk @ $10.00 for 24 hours continuous access and $35.00 for one week continuous access. WIFI cards are non-refundable. "Hot Spot" locations are the main lobby 1st and 2nd floor surroundings, guest building, pool and beach area surroundings.

Can we let a guest use our suite this year?

Yes, but an authorization letter must first be received by La Cabana. click here to fill out the form. Your maintenance fee account must be up to date for us to process this request. Please contact us if you have questions.

Can we purchase a meal plan after we arrive at La Cabana or must we do it beforehand?

You may purchase meal plans once you are here. They are sold at the La Cabana Guest Services Desk.

Does La Cabana have cribs, high chairs or strollers available?

La Cabana does have cribs and high chairs. You can request them when you arrive. There is a $5 per night charge for the crib. No charge for the high chair. Strollers are not available. We suggest you bring your own.

Does La Cabana have wheelchairs available?

You can request a wheelchair either from the bell staff upon your arrival, or in advance by contacting us. Include your name and arrival time and date.
Wheelchairs are available for a limited one-time use. For a wheelchair at the airport you will need to arrange this with your flight attendant.

For how long is the lease on the land?

The buildings and facilities are constructed on long lease land, owned by the Government, but leased to the Coop Association. The duration of the land lease is for an initial period of 60 years. Upon expiration it will be renewed for another period of 60 years. In case the Government decides not to renew the long lease, it has to compensate the economic value of the construction on the land. The lease will expire in January 2050.

How do I contact Lost and Found?

To confirm your item has been found, contact Lost & Found, Monday to Sunday from 8:30am to 11:00pm. Telephone: (297) 520-1100 ext. 129, Fax: (297) 587-1473 or contact Patricia Bernabela. To complete the process, you need to fill the Lost & Found Authorization form for shipping via Express Mail (IBC) or Federal Express, print it, sign it, and fax it to us. Once authorized, we will send it express mail via (IBC), charging the shipping costs to your credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard), or via Federal Express charging to your Federal Express account number. You may also authorize another individual to pick up your found items.

How do I retrieve and delete messages from the in-room voice mail?

To retrieve voice mail enter: * 6 # 7 (Star 6, Pound 7) To delete messages enter: * 3 (Star 3)
